As I write this to you, I’m sitting on the balcony of my Air BnB hearing the sounds of waves crashing and tinfoil rustling while my fiancé prepares a BBQ for us in true South African style. The sun is setting here in Pringle Bay (about an hour south of Cape Town) and I’m with my rooibos tea and MacBook feeling the embodiment of the laptop lifestyle that I stuck on my vision board just over a year ago!
