Prepping + packing to give up my home and travel t Prepping + packing to give up my home and travel the world in 2022 🛫 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ A friend asked me at the weekend, “aren’t you scared?” I said “yes, of course I am, but that’s not enough reason not to do it.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ A recent pregnancy scare really got me thinking - how much more I want to do, how much of the world I need to see, and how many books and spiritual courses I still want to pour all of my energy into creating. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I want kids but…. not yet. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Instead, we’re putting everything we own into a storage container in Poole, where we are now. I’ve booked an apartment in LA for 2 months Jan-March. And then I’ll go wherever my heart and soul leads me from there. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I trust the Universe and I trust myself to know where I need to be at each time. I know what it feels like when I’m being called to or away from something, and that’s all I need to know. (Hint: it will always be closer to sunshine 🌞) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Next year is going to be a flurry of my book coming out, course launch after course launch, and living in different places out of a big purple suitcase. When the rat race has you in its claws, it feels i When the rat race has you in its claws, it feels impossible to be at peace with your life because you’re not really at peace within yourself. This can manifest as ⚡ Tension headaches ⚡ Trouble sleeping + fatigue ⚡ Digestive issues ⚡ Frustration / anger ⚡ Low mood + apathy I used to live like this, and it’s never lost on me how different my life is now. Being a spiritual entrepreneur means that I now work longer hours and more days a week, and yet, I’m free of these symptoms. I’m a lot less stressed because I’m in alignment and there’s balance between my soul and the life I’m living. My story is similar to Angelica and Rachel from @SoulFullVeda who were burned out until they found Ayurveda and made changes to their diet, lifestyle and how they were investing their energy.
