    I love telling my clients that their story is their own brand of secret sauce – because I know without exception that everybody has one.

    If you’re reading this, you have benefitted from things, learned things, and had failures that have turned into important lessons. When you’re willing to share these, they can be hugely valuable for someone else; and then you have given value through your business without any extra work.

    You have already been busy living your story, so it’s nothing that you need to create.

    You simply have to share it.

    By using this free and extremely powerful tool, you can touch people’s lives, sell your services with ease, and be 100% energetically behind your marketing because you’ve actually experienced the positive impact of what you’re selling.

    Isn’t this what you’re really selling, anyway?

    People are buying the “after” version of themselves and how they’re going to feel, look, and think as a result of their investment. It’s your own transformation from using what you’re selling which will inspire them and create a compelling image that’s going to speak to their mind and soul.

    The more colourful and detailed that you can make this image, the stronger its effect.

    How you have changed yourself shows that it’s possible for others too. So, ask yourself: what has what I’m selling done for me?

    Your results are already woven within your own story, and by sharing it, you are crafting a personal advert through your own results. If you’re not the same person that you used to be, tell your audience why and what that process was for you.

    The benefits you’ve had and how you’ve changed might just be exactly what they’re looking for right now.

    Your life is probably much easier now that you’ve implemented the transformation you’re selling… but did it used to be?

    What was life like before? Because there’s a good chance it would resonate with where your ideal customer is right now.

    Show that you understand how they’re feeling. Tell them when you’ve been there. Explain how it looked as part of your experience.

    It’s your struggle that provides the proof in the pudding that your product or service actually works.

    If your own story of struggle is over, this could be the exact solution that your clients need to solve their problems.

    In everyone’s story, there is a defining moment: a turning point where a particular struggle finally becomes a thing of the past.

    That deciding factor is usually a shift in mindset, an investment, or a new way of doing things; and it’s always the result of a decision.

    What was the deciding factor in going from your old life to your new one?

    What moment became monumental in your personal tale of transformation? This split second could be the clincher that the person viewing your sales pitch is about to experience for themselves.

    If we don’t decide to make a change then we’ll always stay the same – and if someone is thinking about investing in you, they’re teetering on the edge of that all-important decision.

    Assure them that it’s the right one for them by telling them what it’s like to take the leap.

    Aside from the big benefits of your story, there were probably lots of other tiny triumphs too. I call these the side wins.

    When we massively uplevel in one part of our life, the energy overflows and affects other areas too. Energy is fluid like that – it can’t be contained once your overall vibration is swelling the tide.

    This means that even if your goal was to invest in a coach to take your business to the next level, the energetic impact of that decision may also lead to you feeling more confident, more motivated and more committed – not just in your business, but in all areas of life.

    These unexpected side wins can be equally as powerful as the main transformation, and they’re like a little Divine surprise to reward us for the effort that we’re putting in to improve ourselves.

    Remember to note the side wins when you’re telling your story, as when you share every area that you’ve found benefits in, you might tick more than just one box for your customer.

    Anything to do with marketing or selling your offering – spiritual or otherwise – becomes near impossible if you don’t believe in it.

    I know that you believe in what you’re selling and that you feel there’s potential for everyone who buys it, so trust yourself and your own gifts. This is especially true if you’re offering services! You simply must believe in yourself for other people to believe in you.

    If that confidence doesn’t feel entirely accessible for you right now, then start practising until it is. That energy of trust, faith and unshakeable belief will be magnetic to the souls who need it.

    Your conviction is convincing to the people on the brink of investing in themselves through you. Know that your work is so important and align your message accordingly.

    Your story has been set up for you to have the exact experiences that you need to do your soul-aligned work.

  • How To Deal With Sudden Growth In Your Business

    If you have a spiritual business, the time to prepare for a sudden influx is beforehand and not when it’s actually happening.

    You can’t always predict when there will be a huge spike in demand, and it can become overwhelming to the point where you can’t serve your clients as well as you’d like – or at all.

    There are certain measures that you can put in place to help you with this, and I’ve outlined them below…

    Having a waitlist is a way to instantly relieve pressure without losing those extra people as clients.

    This can be your saviour when you feel like it’s heating up and you’re not sure how many more orders you’ll be able to take. A waitlist system is something you should set up beforehand so that you’re ready to flick the switch whenever you need to.

    To do this, create a sign up form with Mailchimp (or similar) that adds people to an email list called ‘Waitlist’ which is separate from your main email list. Switch the order buttons on your website so that anyone who tries to buy will be diverted to this sign up form for your waitlist, instead of allowing them to book or purchase.

    When you have space again, you can then send a group email to everyone on that email list to tell them you’re taking on new clients.

    Even if you don’t want to take on a VA right now, you should choose who you’re going to hire. Again, you don’t want to get to the point where you’ve left it so late that on top of having to deal with huge demand, you also need to find the right VA!

    This is a job that you can do in advance to save you time and stress. Have one or two VA’s that you’ve already spoken to: you know their prices, you know what their work packages are (eg, a minimum of 10 hours a month), and have decided on who your VA/s will be as soon as you need them.

    You can also think about and prepare for the jobs that you will give them once you hire them. I shared on Instagram Stories this week how you can organise your DM’s into the ‘Primary’ or ‘General’ folder so that you can give most of your messages to your VA to look after, while you only respond to the folder with your clients and close friends in.

    Most importantly, sort out your Google Drive and email inbox to make sure that they’re all organised and clear for someone else to step into. Bonus tip: This is great for manifesting so that you can be in the zone of feeling like you’re ready to hire people in your business.

    If demand is getting out of control, it could be a sign that your prices are too low for the level that you’re playing at in your business now.

    If word has spread and people are enjoying your work, demand may have grown while your prices got left behind. Going back to my old Economics days, the basic supply and demand diagram – which is literally lesson one – says that market equilibrium falls at a higher price when there’s higher demand.

    When your orders are consistently high, you can raise your prices to get the same amount of money while serving fewer people with less stress.

    What new price could you offer instead that would still feel aligned?

    There’s nothing like being busy to make you realise what’s important, and what isn’t.

    Start to look at your workload to not only think “What can I give to a VA?” but “What can I get rid of completely…?”

    There are VA’s who specialise in setting up automation systems for you, such as Asana and Dubsado, so that you can prioritise the activities which only YOU can do, like client readings and calls.

    If things suddenly got super busy, which daily activities could you do every other day instead?

    What activities aren’t giving you the best result for the amount of time that you invest?

    What’s an energy drain that would be a blessing for you not to do anymore, but you’re stuck in a pattern of doing it?

    Deciding your priorities gives you leverage in your business because you can pull back on certain things, while putting more energy into the things which matter and light you up ✨

    Once you’re busy in your business, it’s a wonderful thing. By implementing these tools and strategies, you can make sure that it feels wonderful, rather than seeming like a total drag!

    Especially as a sensitive person, an empath, or if you’re doing intuitive work – your energy is so incredibly precious and valuable. If you get to a point of complete overwhelm, then it’s going to be counterproductive.

    As a writer, the most powerful thing you have is your story.

    Your personal experiences can be a light in the dark for someone who’s feeling lost and lonely going through the same thing you went through.

    Sharing a personal story also allows your audience to get to know you better on a deeper level.

    However, we’re always curious to know more about ourselves and what group we fit into – and if you get it right, your readers will feel like you really understand them!

  • Weird & Woo Marketing Tips That Will Help Your Business

    I’m all about the woo and I’m guessing you are too.

    I know without a doubt that there’s no activity or outcome which can’t be enhanced with a little dose of energy magic, so I’m 100% for it in every area of my life – including my daily business and marketing activities.

    If you know that you can change the world around you with your energy, thoughts and actions, then why wouldn’t you implement that in everything you do?

    Especially when it comes to the vehicle that’s going to allow you to create the most impact in the world, while also steering you closer to all of your own dreams. If it’s well aligned, you can live out all of your values through your business; like for me, mine are 1) freedom and 2) impact.

    I try to load all of my business and marketing activities with maximum positive impact.

    I also believe in karma. So, if you believe in karma too, you should try out some of these weird and woo marketing tips that will keep your clients coming back to you again and again…

    Every time I hit “send” on an email – whether it’s an Angel Card reading, a Tarot reading, or to an editor of a magazine – I send it with love. Literally.

    I’ll think in my head “I love you” or “God bless you” as I hit send. I don’t say it out loud (so no-one would ever know) but sending that love and positivity to people adds an extra energetic dimension to what you’re delivering.

    When you’re sending high vibrations out to people, on some level they’ll receive them – and they’ll feel them. To be honest, I don’t do this with Instagram DM’s because I power through them quickly, but with something that I spend more time and attention on (like emails) I’ll always send with love.

    I do the exact same thing when I send things out in the post (aka the ol’ snail mail…)

    I definitely recommend that you do this if you send postal orders as part of your business, because it gives you a moment to appreciate each and every item that you’re sending out – as well as each and every customer you have. You can also think of the intention “may this bring them more than they invested” if you want your customer to get more than just the item itself.

    I also do this if I’m sending a birthday card to friends and family; I’ll always post it with love and a positive intention, expecting the person to receive it when they open that card.

    If you’re thinking “hmm what?“, let me explain…

    I want you to step INTO the person that you hope to become before you step OUT into the world.

    This means taking a brief moment before filming anything – like an IG story, IGTV, TIK TOK or YouTube video – to assume the identity of the you who already has everything you want.

    This is a pro manifesting tip because it allows you to easily align with the life you’re creating. If you want to be a leader in your field, then step into the role of already being that person before you share your message.

    This will make people see you as such, and respond to you as such, and trust in you as such, and therefore – buy from you as such.

    It will also help you to become more comfortable in that identity. Therefore, making it easier for the Universe to match you with the results you really want.

    Practice becoming the person that you want to be every time you show yourself to the world.

    This is probably the least weird of the woo tips, but I’m going to mention it anyway.

    I definitely recommend having a notepad which is just for catching all of that wonderful Divine inspiration that flows through you. If you’re a writer, I pretty much demand it!

    If you don’t grab inspiration when it comes through, it’s easily forgotten. That’s the difference between inspiration and a thought – when it’s not made by your own brain, it’s harder to retrace. It flows through and out in a second, so it’s important to catch it, use it, and share it with the world.

    I have a lot of notepads, but there’s one I use without any structure because it’s solely for my inspiration. I’ll group a few pages for a course that I’m working on and a few pages for a book concept, just so the inspiration is organised by project, but I can then write random inspo anywhere in that section.

    When the day comes to put the course or book together, I can then sort all of those random sparks into sections that make sense.

    An inspiration notepad will allow you to get the best out of your work and will make it so much easier for you to put something together because you’ll have plenty of juicy details from the ideas that you caught weeks or months beforehand.

    Make sure it’s a notepad that you love with a lush design (most of mine have inspirational quotes on) and keep it close by at all times. You’ll need it.

    Not getting the type of customers that you want? It’s time to set a new energetic boundary!

    Like everything else in life, we attract the least that we’ll accept. So, if you find yourself serving people who aren’t appreciating your work, with offers you don’t enjoy doing, it’s time to raise your energetic boundary.

    Refuse from this point on to accept money coming in from any way that you don’t absolutely love.

    Attract customers who love what you do and respect your time, while also making it a non-negotiable that you won’t devote any of yourself to doing things you feel trapped by.

    It’s your business – you are not trapped.

    No-one owns it apart from you, so you get to decide what you do. Don’t forget that.

    If something is making you really unhappy over the long term, it’s an energetic boundary issue. Refuse to accept less than what you really want, and the good stuff will start showing up.

    You can attract the customers and results you desire if you’re sharing offers which you truly believe in and enjoy doing.

    Intuitive business done my way is what I live by, and it’s what I encourage everyone else to do too.

    I really don’t care what other people think I “should” be doing, because I can feel my own solutions and I can see the answers. Whenever I get really stuck, I literally close my eyes and try to see the answer. I feel what I should be offering and when; I feel when the time is right to do so; and I see the words on a page when I just can’t think what I should write next. If you’re intuitive, it’s your greatest ally.

    There are millions of entrepreneurs in the world who don’t utilise this tool enough, and you don’t have to be one of them.

    Feel your solutions, see your answers, and trust your intuition. It will give you an extra edge when it comes to marketing your business. Your gifts aren’t separate from your offerings in business, so combine them all together for maximum impact.
