  • How To Create Your First £100k In Business

    I believe that life should be smooth, simple and as in tune as possible – and knowing these things earlier would have given me a much quicker path to my 1st £100k doing what I love…

    ✔️ Networking and collaborating

    I LOVE to build communities because they create connection between people and it’s so much easier to thrive when you’re in an uplifting, empowering environment. So many clients have come to me through memberships and masterminds I’ve spoken in, podcasts I’ve been on and even through my network of friends. Yes, I have lots of friends who pay to be in my programs because they trust me enough to know they’re going to get amazing results!

    ✔️ Monthly recurring revenue

    I actually love it when someone takes a payment plan and never attach any extra fees for them, because it’s guaranteed recurring income. Having containers with a rolling monthly rate and programs that are still paying you 4 months after you launched them is a pretty fantastic feeling. It takes you off the feast and famine rollercoaster so that you can chill and feel confident in your minimum business income for the months ahead.

    ✔️ Multiple income streams

    This leads me nicely into my next point, which is having an offer architecture that supports different people – and the same person at different points on their journey, so they can flow up and down your offers. When you have an amazing customer, you don’t want to lose them from your world! Have something else they can move into to lengthen their lifetime value with you.

    ✔️ Creating space for my schedule, focus and soul

    Let’s be real – I’m writing this on a Saturday and have a full day of creation ahead of me; but I also spent the morning journaling, doing yoga, walking around Lisbon as the sun came up, and drinking kombucha at the local organic supermarket. Learning how to balance your brain, body and time is what gives you longevity as an entrepreneur so you can lead a sustainable business that lights you up. As creatives and intuitives, having access to inspiration is key!

    As for what I’d leave behind so I could climb that ladder to £100k faster…

    ❌ Selling time for money

    As coaches and healers, we often start this way and it’s a great way to build your reputation by having a close connection with people during single sessions or readings. However, when you start to do the maths – it doesn’t add up. Being able to scale is reliant on having a business structure that enables you to double/triple/quadruple your income to £100k+ without having to double/triple/quadruple yourself.

    ❌ Only doing the energy work

    This one may feel like a personal attack, and it’s supposed to! Working with energy is of course an important part of success, which is why I include energy work in every single one of my programs; however, it’s not the only part. That’s the feminine side, and you need the masculine side to balance it out. Otherwise, you end up waiting and wondering why your manifestations haven’t arrived and your business is still the same as it was a year ago.

    ❌ Waiting for that one big bang

    There is no one single hack, tip or thing that will take you to £100k by only doing that. Wouldn’t it be great if it was that simple? I hate to be the one to break it to you, but it’s about having a well-rounded approach, balancing implementation (strategy), mind (subconscious) and energy (soul) to release any resistance wrapped around your business and make it move forward day by day.

    ❌ Not selling enough

    Even when you have psychics in your audience, they’re still not mindreaders! It needs to be obvious AF what you’re selling and how it’s going to benefit people. Otherwise, people won’t feel safe and satisfied enough to spend a dime with you. It’s all about building confidence and trust, demonstrating what you can do, and becoming the obvious choice to help people solve a big, painful problem they have.

    I love telling my clients that their story is their own brand of secret sauce – because I know without exception that everybody has one.

    If you’re reading this, you have benefitted from things, learned things, and had failures that have turned into important lessons. When you’re willing to share these, they can be hugely valuable for someone else; and then you have given value through your business without any extra work.

    You have already been busy living your story, so it’s nothing that you need to create.

    You simply have to share it.

    By using this free and extremely powerful tool, you can touch people’s lives, sell your services with ease, and be 100% energetically behind your marketing because you’ve actually experienced the positive impact of what you’re selling.

    Isn’t this what you’re really selling, anyway?

    People are buying the “after” version of themselves and how they’re going to feel, look, and think as a result of their investment. It’s your own transformation from using what you’re selling which will inspire them and create a compelling image that’s going to speak to their mind and soul.

    The more colourful and detailed that you can make this image, the stronger its effect.

    How you have changed yourself shows that it’s possible for others too. So, ask yourself: what has what I’m selling done for me?

    Your results are already woven within your own story, and by sharing it, you are crafting a personal advert through your own results. If you’re not the same person that you used to be, tell your audience why and what that process was for you.

    The benefits you’ve had and how you’ve changed might just be exactly what they’re looking for right now.

    Your life is probably much easier now that you’ve implemented the transformation you’re selling… but did it used to be?

    What was life like before? Because there’s a good chance it would resonate with where your ideal customer is right now.

    Show that you understand how they’re feeling. Tell them when you’ve been there. Explain how it looked as part of your experience.

    It’s your struggle that provides the proof in the pudding that your product or service actually works.

    If your own story of struggle is over, this could be the exact solution that your clients need to solve their problems.

    In everyone’s story, there is a defining moment: a turning point where a particular struggle finally becomes a thing of the past.

    That deciding factor is usually a shift in mindset, an investment, or a new way of doing things; and it’s always the result of a decision.

    What was the deciding factor in going from your old life to your new one?

    What moment became monumental in your personal tale of transformation? This split second could be the clincher that the person viewing your sales pitch is about to experience for themselves.

    If we don’t decide to make a change then we’ll always stay the same – and if someone is thinking about investing in you, they’re teetering on the edge of that all-important decision.

    Assure them that it’s the right one for them by telling them what it’s like to take the leap.

    Aside from the big benefits of your story, there were probably lots of other tiny triumphs too. I call these the side wins.

    When we massively uplevel in one part of our life, the energy overflows and affects other areas too. Energy is fluid like that – it can’t be contained once your overall vibration is swelling the tide.

    This means that even if your goal was to invest in a coach to take your business to the next level, the energetic impact of that decision may also lead to you feeling more confident, more motivated and more committed – not just in your business, but in all areas of life.

    These unexpected side wins can be equally as powerful as the main transformation, and they’re like a little Divine surprise to reward us for the effort that we’re putting in to improve ourselves.

    Remember to note the side wins when you’re telling your story, as when you share every area that you’ve found benefits in, you might tick more than just one box for your customer.

    Anything to do with marketing or selling your offering – spiritual or otherwise – becomes near impossible if you don’t believe in it.

    I know that you believe in what you’re selling and that you feel there’s potential for everyone who buys it, so trust yourself and your own gifts. This is especially true if you’re offering services! You simply must believe in yourself for other people to believe in you.

    If that confidence doesn’t feel entirely accessible for you right now, then start practising until it is. That energy of trust, faith and unshakeable belief will be magnetic to the souls who need it.

    Your conviction is convincing to the people on the brink of investing in themselves through you. Know that your work is so important and align your message accordingly.

    Your story has been set up for you to have the exact experiences that you need to do your soul-aligned work.

  • How To Deal With Sudden Growth In Your Business

    If you have a spiritual business, the time to prepare for a sudden influx is beforehand and not when it’s actually happening.

    You can’t always predict when there will be a huge spike in demand, and it can become overwhelming to the point where you can’t serve your clients as well as you’d like – or at all.

    There are certain measures that you can put in place to help you with this, and I’ve outlined them below…

    Having a waitlist is a way to instantly relieve pressure without losing those extra people as clients.

    This can be your saviour when you feel like it’s heating up and you’re not sure how many more orders you’ll be able to take. A waitlist system is something you should set up beforehand so that you’re ready to flick the switch whenever you need to.

    To do this, create a sign up form with Mailchimp (or similar) that adds people to an email list called ‘Waitlist’ which is separate from your main email list. Switch the order buttons on your website so that anyone who tries to buy will be diverted to this sign up form for your waitlist, instead of allowing them to book or purchase.

    When you have space again, you can then send a group email to everyone on that email list to tell them you’re taking on new clients.

    Even if you don’t want to take on a VA right now, you should choose who you’re going to hire. Again, you don’t want to get to the point where you’ve left it so late that on top of having to deal with huge demand, you also need to find the right VA!

    This is a job that you can do in advance to save you time and stress. Have one or two VA’s that you’ve already spoken to: you know their prices, you know what their work packages are (eg, a minimum of 10 hours a month), and have decided on who your VA/s will be as soon as you need them.

    You can also think about and prepare for the jobs that you will give them once you hire them. I shared on Instagram Stories this week how you can organise your DM’s into the ‘Primary’ or ‘General’ folder so that you can give most of your messages to your VA to look after, while you only respond to the folder with your clients and close friends in.

    Most importantly, sort out your Google Drive and email inbox to make sure that they’re all organised and clear for someone else to step into. Bonus tip: This is great for manifesting so that you can be in the zone of feeling like you’re ready to hire people in your business.

    If demand is getting out of control, it could be a sign that your prices are too low for the level that you’re playing at in your business now.

    If word has spread and people are enjoying your work, demand may have grown while your prices got left behind. Going back to my old Economics days, the basic supply and demand diagram – which is literally lesson one – says that market equilibrium falls at a higher price when there’s higher demand.

    When your orders are consistently high, you can raise your prices to get the same amount of money while serving fewer people with less stress.

    What new price could you offer instead that would still feel aligned?

    There’s nothing like being busy to make you realise what’s important, and what isn’t.

    Start to look at your workload to not only think “What can I give to a VA?” but “What can I get rid of completely…?”

    There are VA’s who specialise in setting up automation systems for you, such as Asana and Dubsado, so that you can prioritise the activities which only YOU can do, like client readings and calls.

    If things suddenly got super busy, which daily activities could you do every other day instead?

    What activities aren’t giving you the best result for the amount of time that you invest?

    What’s an energy drain that would be a blessing for you not to do anymore, but you’re stuck in a pattern of doing it?

    Deciding your priorities gives you leverage in your business because you can pull back on certain things, while putting more energy into the things which matter and light you up ✨

    Once you’re busy in your business, it’s a wonderful thing. By implementing these tools and strategies, you can make sure that it feels wonderful, rather than seeming like a total drag!

    Especially as a sensitive person, an empath, or if you’re doing intuitive work – your energy is so incredibly precious and valuable. If you get to a point of complete overwhelm, then it’s going to be counterproductive.
